  Our family dealt with Jarrod and he was fantastic from beginning to end. We all commented how relaxed he was and very personable and helpful. Ask to deal with him if at all possible. Part of our family has dealt with Bill Deck in the past and he was great too. We also, during this time, had a small dealing with a person another reviewer mentioned and found him not at all personable...the reason we removed one star. One recommendation is to provide a list of all the things you can or do provide: photo display rack, guest book, thank you notes, etc. so the family knows ahead of time.

  Staff is caring and professional. They walk the family through every step of the funeral process and give useful advice. The care that is taken and the sensitivity and empathy that is displayed by all staff is greatly appreciated. This is obviously more than merely a job for them. Thanks for all of your efforts into making a difficult time more bearable.
