  I think this shop has the best prices in the city. Not sure that service is bad, you can buy inexpensive furniture here, you aren't buying Lexus.

  The entire shopping experience was terrible. They pressured us into ordering furniture in a style we didn’t want, then refused to give us an itemized invoice—just gave us a flat rate for the entire order so we had no written record of what we actually were quoted for each piece. Told us we were getting a deal, when it turns out we could have gotten the same sets at another store in Winnipeg for much cheaper. We tried to cancel part of our order when we discovered how much they were ripping us off, and they yelled at us on the phone! I am so upset that this company would take advantage of seniors who were just looking to be treated fairly and with respect. Absolutely appalling.
