  All around disappointing. I paid sticker for my car because I needed one quick and didn't do my research, so paying about 1/3 over it's value is on me. The fact that the salesman told me if I paid it off in one year I wouldn't pay any interest, which turned out to be absolutely false, to sell the car to me is on him. I splurged on the Gold warranty, because that same salesman told me it would cover everything.

  In the three years since I've owned the car the A/C has never worked consistently. I bring in the car, they replace some part of the system, then bill me for it, refill the fluid, and then two months later it's useless again. I've made over 10 visits and put roughly $1000 into it, and apparently my warranty is about useless.

  My suspicion is that they make better money by not fixing the problem and forcing me to come back time and time again, and then charging me for their inability or unwillingness to accurately diagnose the problem, and given the lies I was told at sale, I believe that the business is run with the intent of dishonesty for profit.

  SCAMMERS. I know a fair bit about vehicles and wanted to look at a car that was recently "safetied". Right off the bat I look get them to put it up on the lift to look at the undercarriage. Took alot of convincing to do so but I understand why they didn't want me to. The entire frame of the car was damaged. No way in heck they actually properly safetied it. There excuse was."oh the guy who did it wasn't here today. So we can't ask him". They tried showing me others but I just left. Stay away far away. The next day it's back on the front lot. And for the heck of it I asked about my vehicle to trade in. They offered me 1/4 of the black book value and said it's not a good time a year to sell that car. I drive an Chevy equonix. Literally made no sense. Pre winter is such a bad time for an SUV...
